We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with proven experience in Cisco networking. This is a senior technical role responsible for delivering resilient and secure LAN WAN and VPN infrastructure across a large and complex environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead operational management of enterprise-wide voice and data networks
- Configure, maintain, and support Cisco network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and access points
- Deliver secure and efficient VPN WAN LAN and wireless networking solutions
- Support and maintain voice systems including VoIP platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on strategic digital transformation projects
- Ensure service continuity, system resilience, and cyber security best practices
Required skills and experience:
- Strong practical experience with Cisco technologies in a senior or lead role
- Deep understanding of network design configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in managing LAN WAN and VPN environments
- Experience with network security including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, and mobile device management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project delivery skills
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP CWNA or ITIL are desirable
Desirable technical knowledge:
- Cisco Catalyst Switches
- Cisco ASA 5500 and 5500-X Firewalls with FirePOWER services
- Familiarity with Catalyst supervisor modules, power supplies, and fan systems
- Experience across Catalyst 2K to 9K and 6500 to 6800 module ranges
