What do you do?

As a founder of Ignite Digital Talent, I lead our brilliant team to ensure we deliver time and time again for our clients. I also stay closely networked with industry influencers to ensure we are well placed to understand the issues and challenges our clients face.

And after hours?

I spend a large part of my weekend as a climbing frame for my 4-year-old son. I am also an amateur triathlete and I am in training for my third Ironman event this year. I also follow Gloucester Rugby and Spurs - primarily from the sofa with a glass of red wine in my hand!

What led you to Ignite Digital Talent?

I wanted to create an environment where success and respect were given equal billing.
