What do you do?

I work hard to find the best opportunities for my candidates and the best talent for my clients.  My honest and pragmatic approach helps me to build lasting relationships and deliver real value.  I have extensive experience helping organisations overcome their critical challenges in the digital environment, and have worked with everything from start-ups to major global brands.

And after hours?

I’ve always been a big foodie and can often be found in the kitchen trying out new recipes and ideas.  I recently got into Sous Vide cooking and have been trying to perfect my chili con carne.  I also enjoy running, rugby and exploring courtesy of the National Trust.

What led you to Ignite Digital Talent?

The opportunity to work for a genuinely grown-up agency with exceptional talent and a collaborative approach was really attractive to me.  As a huge fan of technology I love being able to help organisations evolve and overcome the challenges they face in a hyper-connected world.
