Our client, a leading MSP is looking for a Senior System Administrator working in the escalations team to provide technical support for their customers.
Day to day you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that have failed to be resolved through the Service Desk, attend customer sites where necessary for training days, assist in pre-sales and work on ad hoc projects as required.
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Virtualisation (VMWare / HyperV)
- O365 Deployment / Administration
- MS Office
- TCP/IP, DDNS, WAN, LAN etc…
- Linux (Desirable)
