We are looking for a Relationships Manager passionate about always putting the customer first.

The role.

As the Relationship Manager, your work will include

  • Developing a deep relationship with our customers representing £m’s of revenue
  • Leading the Governance framework and service reviews
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure a joined-up experience for our clients
  • Thematic analysis of issues and root causes to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Managing key stakeholders and establishing what good looks like for our customers and distribution channels
  • Working with our customers and Partner Launch / Onboarding team to help them migrate books of existing businesses and establish additional areas of growth through new products and services
  • Triage and tracking customer trends to provide advice on product development and distribution strategies
  • Being the voice of the customer and the company-wide champion. You’ll encourage both teams and individuals across the business to think and act empathetically
  • Helping to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them with our customers.

About you.

Empathetic and a brilliant communicator, you’ll excel at building an authentic rapport with both our client’s customer base. You’ll put people at ease with your genuine warmth. Your confident reassuring manner and big smile will help make customers feel secure and well taken care of.

You’ll seek out every opportunity to ensure excellent customer outcomes, while your ability to think on your feet and keep all the plates spinning will mean you’re always able to go above and beyond expectations.
