An established public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Lead Digital Workplace Engineer to take technical leadership of its End User Computing (EUC) services.
The role.
As head EUC Engineer, you will lead the design, delivery and performance of systems including Microsoft 365, Citrix, Active Directory, Intune and modern workplace technologies.
Day to day, your responsiblities will be to
- Lead EUC engineering teams across the organisation.
- Architect and manage scalable, secure endpoint services.
- Implement automation and performance monitoring across platforms.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and transformation teams to align infrastructure with strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring high delivery standards.
About you.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer with the following skills. You will have
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Citrix, MECM, Intune and related technologies.
- Senior-level experience in a technical EUC or infrastructure role.
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience.
- Experience in scripting, automation, and cloud deployment methodologies.
- Ability to operate in complex enterprise environments and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
