We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager Lead to join the Customer Team.

The role.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager Lead to join the Customer Team.

You’ll be responsible for leading the account management team in the delivery of our client’s customer roadmap.

You will work closely with customers across three core segments: large advice firms and consolidators; advicetechs; and established fintech, to develop long-term strategic partnerships.

As Lead Account Manager, we are looking for someone that has a deep knowledge of the advice and/or fintech market, along with a clear passion for ‘putting the client first’.

Particularly, we are looking for a Lead Account Manager who enjoys the variety of both listening to our customers, dealing with complex queries, and building relationships.

Day to day you will,

  • Build and lead a high-performing team that deeply understands customers across all of the market segments
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to each customer – deeply understanding their business model and growth aspirations
  • Lead on the governance framework and service reviews, to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure a joined-up experience
  • Be the voice of the customer and the company-wide champion encouraging teams and individuals across the business to think and act empathetically
  • Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them with our customers.
