We are looking for a contract IT Service Desk Technician to join our client on a rolling contract.
This contract is initially estimated to be approximately 6 months in duration but may be extended.
You should have experience of logging and responding to service requests primarily in a Microsoft environment (AD, GP, Exchange, O365 etc).
The role of IT Service Desk Technician will involve;
Fault finding and fixing (Hardware and Software)
Telephone and face to face support
Skills and experience required.
Supporting the use of tech onsite
