- Service Desk experience
- Strong aptitude and willingness for learning new technologies
- Sound technical knowledge and we are happy to consider candidates from either a background in IBM AS400/iSeries/Power i OR Service Desk / Operations support experience supporting Wintel or Unix operating systems
- Practical knowledge of operating systems: Windows server family, IP Services
- Basic experience in Systems and Network monitoring
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of ITIL Concepts
- Previous experience in technical operations or Managed Services environment supporting high availability solutions
