We are looking for a dynamic Operations Delivery Lead to work as part of collaborative, cross-functional team alongside talented engineers, product owners, and operations analysts.

The role.

Day to day, as the Ops Delivery Lead you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be tasked with structuring, organizing, supporting, and motivating your team to achieve their objectives. Together, you will actively participate in designing innovative technologies, devise creative solutions for complex challenges, and drive continuous operational enhancements.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Co-owning the overall outcomes of the Transfers squad, ensuring SLAs are met and industry standards upheld, while collaborating with the Product Owner to design and coordinate innovative tech solutions.
  • Leading end-to-end process outcomes and serving as the primary point of contact for issue coordination and resolution.
  • Establishing a robust operational readiness function for seamless customer onboarding.
  • Spearheading the development of effective controls and procedures to mitigate risks, including coordinating regular documentation reviews and self-assessments.
  • Leveraging data and operational insights to inform stakeholders about scalability, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to shape our product roadmap.
  • Designing and compiling key management information to provide transparency on KPI and SLA performance within your operational areas.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional development in a nurturing environment.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations to achieve strategic objectives and provide insights for future initiatives.
  • Ensuring the completion, documentation, and reporting of day-to-day activities to the highest standards.

  • Is a self-starter and who thrives on delivering excellent outcomes for clients and takes ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills; able to think creatively and challenge the status quo to drive both tactical fixes and strategic improvements.
  • Is a collaborative and empathetic team player, capable of motivating and energizing teams engaged in ongoing operational work.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing teams to ensure clarity on tasks, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Enjoys analysing meaningful management information to track progress effectively.
  • Excels at communication, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has domain knowledge or a willingness to quickly learn about platform transfers, custody, trading, and related areas.
  • Possesses technical build and integration experience or a willingness to acquire such skills.
